- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through online platforms, social media, and databases
- Manage outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion performance
- Nurture relationships with prospects to support sales growth
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or digital marketing (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Excel
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team
