  • Manage outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion performance
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to support sales growth
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or digital marketing (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Excel
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team
